A running/yoga retreat with The Yoga Trail gives you the chance to improve your running under the expertise of our coach Katy Nelson. Our team of qualified mountain leaders will design your off-road routes and guide you safely from A to B, so you can enjoy the experience without worry. 

The Yoga Trail retreats are suitable for runners of all abilities. We form two groups dependent on experience and ability in order to ensure a fun but challenging experience for everyone. You do not have to have any yoga experience to attend one of our retreats. We will facilitate running specific yoga classes that will improve flexibility, range of motion and strength. We will also be focusing on breath and meditation; which are also highly beneficial to you as a runner. Come along, get stuck in, forge friendships, make unforgettable memories...
